If you want to get caught up fast read the manga. Action-packed stories exciting fight scenes wholesome messages fanservice etc. I would prefer to watch over read but if there is an arc that sucks to watch and isnt worth it I would love to hear some peoples opinion.

Dressrosa is currently the longest arc in both the One Piece anime118 episodes and the manga102 chapters though the Wano arc will catch up which is currently at the 100 chapters mark. A lot of the anime is actually really good so it is worth watching it if you want to take your time. People say the anime go downhill in the middle of the series but it never was very good.
